With over a decade of experience, Courtney thrives to stay at the forefront of her field. After graduating from The Hair Design Center in 2013, she spent four years managing a successful salon, gaining valuable leadership and client service expertise. She later helped lay the groundwork for a mobile hair business in the startup community broadening her versatility and connections with clients. For the past eight years Courtney has specialized in barbering with a strong focus on precision skin fades and timeless classic styles. in 2020, she became the co-owner of Devoted Barbers & Co, where she continued to combine her technical skills with a passion for craftsmanship, offering each client a tailored experience that blends traditional and modern trends. Fast forward to 2025, Courtney is now the proud owner of Old Money Hair & Co
Daria
Daria is a beauty artist from Ukraine with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in brow artistry, lamination services, and manicure and pedicure care. In addition to her client work, she also teaches and consults with other beauty professionals, sharing her expertise and refined techniques.

Tanya
With over 25+ years of experience as a Master Stylist, Tanya brings creativity, passion and precision to every service. Originally from the beautiful Annapolis Valley, her hairdressing journey has taken her across Canada – from Alberta to Manitoba – Receiving her Red Seal in Hairdressing, she has dedicated years to refining her craft.
Tanya specializes in razor haircuts, foils, baby-lights and custom colouring. Her goal is to enhance each clients natural beauty and individuality while creating meaningful connections. Tanya takes pride in custom consultations and ensures each clients vision is brought to life!
Kneisha
We are so excited to share that Kneisha will be graduating from Elevate this March 2026!
As she prepares to write her cosmetology exam, she is continuing to work with us on a part-time basis to allow dedicated time for studying and exam preparation.
Kneisha is truly excelling in her barber training, and we couldn’t be more proud of the growth, skill, and confidence she continues to demonstrate every day. Her dedication to her craft is inspiring, and we are excited to watch her career flourish.

Megan
Originally from New Brunswick, Megan brings over 8 years of experience as a Master Stylist and Master Extensionist to every appointment—along with a great sense of humor. She specializes in weft extensions and dimensional colour, creating fully customized results that enhance depth, movement, and a seamless blend, all while prioritizing hair health.
Megan loves making clients feel beautiful and comfortable in her chair, believing that great hair should always come with good energy and a few laughs. She’s passionate about thoughtful consultations, long-term client relationships, and delivering a consistently high-quality, professional experience.
In addition to in-salon services, Megan offers mobile hair appointments for clients facing accessibility barriers, helping make hair care more inclusive, welcoming, and accessible to everyone.
Brittany
Brittany has been barbering since 2018 and has trained with many longtime barbers, along with several international barbering educators. She loves all styles of cuts and especially enjoys doing scissor-over-comb style cutting.
She is passionate about making people feel seen, heard, and confident — ensuring every client leaves feeling better than when they came in. Brittany is also a strong advocate for mental health and trauma awareness, bringing both skill and compassion to her work behind the chair.
She began her career at Elevate Beauty in New Minas, graduating early before starting at Sailor Bups Barbershop in Kentville. Following that, Brittany co-owned a successful shop for several years before making the decision to step away and focus on creating a healthier work-life balance.
